
SLE’s recent customer survey of current and past customers was utilized towards towards consistently realizing SLE’s ultimate vision: to deliver Unrivaled Customer Satisfaction and expert design services. We would also like to share the feedback with you.
The responses from the survey were overwhelmingly positive:
- 100% of the respondents said they would recommend SLE’s services or IP to someone else
- 85% of respondents said they were either "Impressed" or "Very Impressed" with SLE today
- 80% of respondents said that SLE provided "Better value than average" or "Best Value" on the market

Our customers were asked to rate SLE’s services on a scale of 1 (Very Dissatisfied)to 5 (Very Satisfied). Again, SLE’s customers voice their satisfaction with SLE’s services. Here are the average scores:

When asked why they chose SLE’s services and SIP over other options, we received the following responses*:

In addition to the positive feedback, we received some very constructive comments on ways to improve our services. Most of this feedback was customer specific and will be used to tailor each customer’s individual needs.
The respondents also gave us excellent feedback concerning additional services that they would like to see incorporated into our offerings. We will be expanding our services to meet the market demands, and will make announcements as these expansions are incorporated.
